Keith Williams is a native of South Mobile County and a resident of Wagarville, Alabama. Coming from a large family, Keith dedicates his life to his first ministry: the home. He and his wife, Carmen Kilpatrick-Williams, have been married for over 25 years. Keith and his family operate in ministry and business together both at NBOC, INC.

Keith received the Lord Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior in 1997. After this transformation, he begin to experience the Lord in ways he had never imagined. The Lord begin to teach him through powerful ministers like Aaron Williams, Oliver Williams, Dr. Creflo Dollar, Dr. Miles Munroe, Kenneth Copeland and Bill Winston.

Through these teachings, Keith found his calling in the Body of Christ.

Carmen is a native and resident of Wagarville, Alabama. She is a graduate of Leroy High School (Leroy, Alabama) and the University of Mobile (Mobile, Alabama). She is the co-founder New Birth Outreach Center Church, Inc., Wagarville and Thomasville. She met Keith in 1988 and they married in 1994. They are the parents of two daughters, SheKerra and Kennedy, and grandparents to Josiah and Eden.

Carmen loves The Lord and His people. She believes everyone has a purpose and their purpose is important. She is one of God’s cheerleaders, cheering people on to complete what God has began in them.
